Per7ect Angles
By engaging Per7ect Angles for any services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Per7ect Angles ("Company"). By booking, registering, or making payment for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Per7ect Angles provides services including but not limited to:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or enrollment agreement agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices unpaid beyond 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of services until outstanding balances are settled.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will be billed at 75% of the total project fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be billed at 100% of the total project fee.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered photos and films for personal, non-commercial use. We retain the right to display the content in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional efforts unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
Raw, unedited photos and footage remain our exclusive property and are not included in deliverables unless explicitly agreed upon in the project proposal and may be subject to additional fees.
The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party content, music, or materials they request to be incorporated. We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from Client-provided materials.

Delays caused by the Client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in revised timelines and additional fees.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Requests constituting a change in scope will require a revised proposal and additional fees.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement. We will not disclose Client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Per7ect Angles is not liable for:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Per7ect Angles reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posting on our website. Continued engagement with our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable proposal, contract, or enrollment agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements.
